Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, is a beautiful city with a pleasant weather that had been the desire for settlement of Emperors through-out history. The war that took decades turned this city to a saddened place. However the new reconstructions have diminished the worn-out appearance. But polluted weather, fundamental problems, non-standard constructions, the use of non-standard fuel, non-observance of the city’s cleanness, recklessness about the city’s traffic and many other reasons stand up for facing up this capital city to numerous problems. This film follows the working life of “Kaka Saboor,” a municipality cleaner who serves in the streets. He shows us how people are the cause, and recklessly responsible for the environmental ravages.
